- ensuring the accuracy of the inventory by
- validating and maintaining all inventory data and bookkeeping records
- coordinating cycle count and other physical inventory processes
- understanding, reviewing and communicating inventory concerns to production management, Manufacturing Production Planning, and Manufacturing/Supply Purchasing, Assistant Controller and other appropriate management positions by
- Daily interaction with production and warehouse associates
- Investigating potential areas of concern
- Reviewing daily production schedules
- Ensuring documented best practices are adhered to
- accepting additional responsibilities as determined by the assistant controller
- performing any other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other analytical discipline
- 3 years of experience with SAP software
- knowledge of accounting and operational processes within a Manufacturing environment and
- experience with inventory record keeping.
