Position Summary:

Internal Auditors are primarily responsible for reviewing branch compliance with ABC policies and procedures.  Auditors will also assess for risk and ensure necessary controls are functioning to mitigate those risks.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform operational audits of branch locations
• Maintain contact with District Managers and Regional Management on significant audit issues
• Complete monthly reviews in inventory shrink
• Participate in the annual physical inventory observation and validation process
• Assist ABC’s external auditors as needed
• Assist Team Leaders in special projects, reports and perform other duties as assigned.
• Traveling up to 60% is required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and research
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
• Must have strong time management skills and be able to complete all assigned tasks on schedule
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
