We are seeking an experienced and strategic Interim Chief Financial Officer to oversee two hospital locations in Northern California. This role is ideal for a healthcare finance leader with a proven track record in acute care settings who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving financial sustainability, transparency, and alignment with clinical priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within an acute care hospital or health system.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, value-based care models, and hospital finance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to drive aligned decision-making.
• Skilled in building financial transparency and accountability across complex organizations.
• Previous CFO and/or Controller experience within California strongly preferred
• Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and to be on-site in for the duration of the engagement.
