Intercompany Operations Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intercompany Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is central to managing the end-to-end accounting of intercompany transactions within our international group. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all intercompany financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounting of intercompany transactions, including services, loans, royalties, and cost allocations.
• Managing the period close process for intercompany accounts.
• Performing reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of intercompany balances.
• Calculating and recording interest accruals on intercompany loans.
• Executing intercompany eliminations in the financial statements.
• Providing support during internal and external audits related to intercompany transactions.

Collaboration and Projects

• Work closely with Finance Controllers, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure seamless intercompany operations and compliance.
• Participate actively in the ERP (NetSuite) implementation project, contributing your expertise to system design and rollout.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be a confident professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles. You must be adept at navigating and reconciling differences between local accounting standards and US GAAP. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.
