- (Internal Title: Risk III)
- Day-to-day Risk Register ownership
- Proactively analyse KPI forecasts, leading indicators and predictors and risks of missing KPIs, and impact for applicable KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas)
- Overall Project Schedule Analysis – the project schedules for Yonge North and/or Scarborough East Subway extensions supplied by the Construction Contractor (Dev Co) and other relevant Stakeholders and Third Parties and evaluating risk factors.
- Project baseline risk reviews
- Supporting project planning strategy and execution
- Analyse planned targets (set-up by various Parties) whether they are realistic and can be realistically met without compromising the quality of the project.
- Proactively analyse risks vs. threats, and clearly eliminate noise, such as fears and internal quality concerns from risks
- Work closely with the Risk Manager to provide complete Risk picture for the Project and ensure that as a Delivery Partner, we’re providing value added risk services to the Client.
- Works closes with the whole project team to come up with meaningful, cost-efficient and effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure sustainability is at the heart of Program process and decision making to ensure the right decisions are made now and for the future.
- Facilitate a project environment which is collaborative, inclusive, diverse and celebrates our differences.
- Create a high performing culture open to constructive challenge, seeking continual improvement and implementing lessons identified and original ideas from experience, skill level, analytical abilities.
- Training and development, mentoring of junior staff.

Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum twelve (12) years of relevant experience in large infrastructure and / or rail transit projects, culminating in Project Engineer capacity or equivalent.
- Experience with developing risk registers, baselines and associated analyses (sensitivity, risk, float, critical path)
- Education:
- Degree in engineering, construction management, project management, applied sciences or equivalent, with a strong mathematical background.
- Licenses OR Certifications:
- Registered for and seeking recognized Risk Management certification such as Risk Management Professional (RMP)
- Knowledge of tools such as P6 – including resource loading, Primavera – earlier versions, MS-Project, SQL databases, MS-Office project suite, TILOS, Risk Radar, DOORs, Relatics.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Has sufficient experience to be able to provide meaningful input into developing risk mitigation strategies (has to have practical operations knowledge to make substantial impact)
- Experience setting and analysing KPIs and relevant KRAs.
- Experience with change management and implementation within a production environment.
- Dynamic engagement skills, ability to clearly articulate information, excellent communications ability
- Able to work in large, collaborative teams with multiple partners.
- Effective skills in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Risk Management software, Active Risk Manager (ARM), Oracle Primavera Risk Analyzer (OPRA), Acumen Risk, etc.
- Competent in Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse and MS Project
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong people skills and confidence to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Readiness to work autonomously and interface with a wide cross-section of personnel
- Skilled to adapt to changing priorities from different levels of the organization
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
