What does the job involve?

Equinor Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Industrial Benefits Analyst to support regulatory compliance and reporting activities across our Canadian offshore projects. This role ensures that Equinor fulfills its obligations under the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Energy Regulator (CNLOER) Benefits Plan Guidelines, the Benefits Agreement with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, and associated legislative and regulatory frameworks.
The successful candidate will play a key role in compiling, analyzing, and presenting benefits-related data, supporting internal and external teams, and ensuring alignment with Equinor’s commitments to local benefits, responsible procurement, stakeholder engagement, and diversity and inclusion (D&I).
