Title: Ice Cream Associate Procurement Manager – Collaborative Manufacturing
Scope: Full-time position; International sponsorship and relocation (local or international) are not available.
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ, South Burlington
Preference given to NJ or VT based, but open to additional TMICC factory locations.
Terms: This role supports the procurement program and is a project position and is expected to last for a duration of 18 to 24 months. At project completion, the intent is to reintegrate into a BAU role where possible, subject to business needs.
THE ROLE:
The Associate Procurement Manager – Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) executes procurement strategies across third-party manufacturing partners supporting the North America Ice Cream business.
This role ensures contract manufacturers deliver against service, cost, quality, and innovation objectives while enabling flexibility, resilience, and speed-to-market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- E2E ownership of supplier relationships; first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, ensure OTIF performance across KPIs (service, cost, quality)
- Ownership of Supplier P&L: financial analysis of the portfolio, including price benchmarking and landed cost analysis, design & implement savings plan with each supplier for continuous improvement, analyze quarterly price updates and challenge suppliers with market intelligence data,
- Support Innovation Sourcing: support Line Manager with tendering process and subsequent analysis of prices and commercials, including supplier discussions and visits
- Lead New CM Onboarding: lead E2E onboarding of new suppliers across various systems, ensuring master data accuracy and flawless execution
- Forecast Champion: provide input for price forecasting of raw materials, packaging materials, and conversion costs
- Contract Management: Create/update contracts in Contract Lifecycle Management way of working
- Drive and lead implementation of cost savings based on sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, Directed Buying activities and supplier compliance, and manage approval of savings projects in system.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Work with Planning, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Finance
- Systems & Data: Support SAP/master data and reporting accuracy
- Safety & Quality: Ensure GMP and compliance standards are met

Qualifications & Experience
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supply chain (procurement, planning, operations) or finance role.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CPG/food experience preferred
Skills & Capabilities
- Supplier management, negotiation, forecasting experience, project management, financial acumen, SAP/data skills, Excel guru, stakeholder management.
- Action oriented, self-starter, able to work in agile environment, comfortable being the face of the company to external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively with other teams to achieve shared goals, ability to hold teams and peers accountable for delivering results.
- Willingness to travel 10-30% of time.

Benefits vary by country and are subject to plan terms and eligibility.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
