HR/Payroll Coordinator Orchard Villa – Oregon, OH

Orchard Villa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Oregon, Ohio. This position plays a key role in supporting our employees, payroll processes, recruitment efforts, and daily HR operations within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

Process and assist with weekly/bi-weekly payroll functions Maintain employee records and personnel files Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Track attendance, PTO, and staffing documentation Assist employees with payroll and HR-related questions Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Support management with administrative and clerical HR duties Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Qualifications

Previous HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferred Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficient with Microsoft Office and payroll/HR systems High level of professionalism and confidentiality
