Salary and Benefits: $26.99 - $31.57 per hour - According to education and experience.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
- 2-3 years related experience
- Office Administration Certificate/Diploma
- Computer knowledge in word processing, spreadsheet and database or Human Resources Information Systems software
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Employee file records management
- Assist payroll with preparation and reconciliation of final payment statements, T4 preparation, ROE processing and submission
- Admin support for non-teaching employee benefit plans
- Supports the coordination of the Municipal Employee Pension Plan (MEPP) through data collection and entry of all enrollment, termination, and resignation notices for all non-teaching employees
- Provides general administrative support to HR and Payroll
- Data Entry
- Provide coverage for the receptionist as required
- Performs other duties as required
