Human Capital Mgt Analyst (Benefits Analyst)

What you will do:  

• Coordinate the districts off work programs (Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), childbirth, disability, worker's compensation, etc) 
• Serve as the point of contact for employee benefits, assisting employees with enrollment, life changes, etc.  
• Support recruitment and hiring processes for various positions

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries and providing clear, helpful information
