HR/Payroll Coordinator

Envision Motors of Milpitas is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Milpitas, CA. This role is essential in supporting our human resources and payroll functions to ensure accurate employee data management and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.
• Support recruitment efforts including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
• Work closely with finance and accounting to reconcile payroll and related expenses.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR coordination.
• Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Must pass the background check and drug test.
