HR/Business Assistant/Payroll Specialist
Tripoli Community School District is seeking a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to serve as an HR/Business Assistant/Payroll Specialist, with a start date of July 2026.
This position represents a collaborative opportunity between two school districts, offering a competitive salary range based on experience and the efficiencies of shared services.
Qualifications:
- SBO Authorization is not required at the time of hire; however, candidates who could help support School Business Officials in the District office could be capacity within the organization.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn basic Iowa school finance systems, payroll processing, and HR functions.
- Degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field preferred.
Position Overview:
This role will support district operations in human resources, business services, and payroll. The successful candidate will benefit from a strong support system, access to resources, and collaboration with experienced team members to ensure long-term success in the position.
