What would you do? As our HR & Payroll Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees on all HR and payroll-related matters, ensuring processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will support a broad range of HR functions, including global payroll and benefits administration, new hire onboarding, personnel file management, HRIS reporting, and compensation tracking. You will partner closely with our PEO to coordinate training initiatives, administer policies, support recruiting and hiring processes, and manage day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple priorities, communicates clearly, and maintains confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all work. You take pride in getting things done efficiently, enjoy building relationships across the organization, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every task.
