In this role, the HR Administrator is a key member responsible for ensuring efficient HR operations through accurate file management, HRIS administration, and support across multiple HR functions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining employee data, facilitating benefits and leave administration, payroll, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with employee relations.
