Job Description

The Healthcare Informatics Financial Analyst III utilizes their skills with people, technology, data, and finance to support the organization’s need for analytics concerning overall corporate financial performance. This position collaborates with internal and external customers by researching, providing, and interpreting key utilization and cost metrics. This position will use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist in developing new approaches to complex business problems. The Healthcare Informatics Financial Analyst III will trend data, compare historical financial figures, make projections, and work with large data sets to pursue answers to complex questions. This position is responsible for quantitative analysis related to a variety of areas such as premium revenue, fee for service medical expense, capitated medical expense, and provider contracts for multiple business lines like commercial and Medicare Advantage. This position will primarily use SQL to extract data and use various mediums, such as Tableau, to translate and present complex information in an easy-to-understand way.
