Position Summary:

Marathon Petroleum (MPC) is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join the Benefits Department as a Health & Welfare Benefits Analyst to support the administration of Marathon Petroleum’s Health & Welfare and related benefit plans. 

This position will primarily support MPC’s domestic relocation benefit programs.  In addition, this role provides data, documentation, and general support to internal and external stakeholders and assists with special projects and ongoing initiatives as assigned.   

The position is part of a family of jobs with increasing levels of responsibility, competency, and skill. The title and pay grade of the position will be determined by the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
