Over De VvE Groep (DVG)
DVG bouwt aan een sterke onderneming in VvE- en vastgoedbeheer via een actieve buy-and-build strategie. In een markt waarin schaal en professionalisering steeds belangrijker worden, ondersteunt DVG aangesloten beheerkantoren in hun verdere groei en ontwikkeling.
Het managementteam is bewust compact ingericht om slagvaardig te blijven. De Head of Finance & Operations werkt nauw samen met het managementteam en de business.
De rol
De Head of Finance & Operations is verantwoordelijk voor het verder professionaliseren en opschalen van de financiële en operationele organisatie.
Je zorgt voor grip op performance, bouwt schaalbare processen en ondersteunt de groei van de groep. De rol is nadrukkelijk hands-on: je werkt zowel aan structuur en sturing als aan de uitvoering.
Je schakelt intensief met het managementteam en de beheerkantoren en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen strategie en operatie.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Inrichten en professionaliseren van de financiële en operationele structuur
Opstellen en monitoren van budgetten, forecasts en rapportages
Verbeteren en standaardiseren van processen binnen de groep
Implementeren van KPI-gedreven sturing en performance management
Ondersteunen bij integraties van nieuwe acquisities
Aansturen van finance en operationele activiteiten binnen de groep
Sparringpartner voor het managementteam
Profiel
5–10 jaar ervaring in finance, operations of een vergelijkbare rol
Sterk analytisch en financieel inzicht
Ervaring in snelgroeiende, ondernemende organisaties
Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en performance management
Gestructureerd, zelfstandig en executiekrachtig
Persoonlijkheid
Hands-on en resultaatgericht
Ondernemend en proactief
Sterk in structureren en prioriteren
