NAYA Family Center is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Grants and Contracts Accountant to join our Finance team. This role helps ensure that the funding supporting NAYA's programs is accurately accounted for, appropriately spent, and managed in accordance with funder requirements. You'll oversee the financial administration of an assigned portfolio of grants and contracts while partnering with program managers and Finance team members to support strong financial stewardship across the organization. You'll manage grant billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting while monitoring expenditures and helping programs understand where they stand against their budgets. You'll also contribute to month-end close, audit readiness, annual budgeting, and improvements to NAYA's financial processes and systems. Compensation for this position starts at $63,000 annually, commensurate with experience
