LOCATION: Hybrid-3-4 days in office (Brooklyn Location)
SALARY: $80,000-$85,000/year 
ABOUT AAFSC: 

For over 30 years, the Arab-American Family Support Center (AAFSC) has proudly served immigrants and refugees. We help children stay safe, families remain together, and newcomers navigate life in New York City. While our doors are open to all, AAFSC has expertise in serving Arab, Middle Eastern, North African, Muslim, and South Asian communities. 
JOB SUMMARY: 

The Grant Accountant provides organization-wide financial management and oversight for AAFSC's grant and contract portfolio, including budgeting, financial reporting, vouchering, variance analysis, compliance, and audit support. The Grant Accountant works closely with program staff, the Development team, funders, and auditors to ensure grant funds are managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all funding requirements.

Success in this role requires balancing financial compliance with programmatic needs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, collaborative, and committed to supporting AAFSC's mission through sound financial stewardship.
