Global Finance Director, Business Partnering - Mars Veterinary Health

This role requires associates to work out of a MVH Hub location in New York City, NY

Why This Role Matters:

This is a highly visible, global and leadership role that serves as the financial business partner to the CFO and the global functional heads for Global Mars Veterinary. This is a newly established role to support the MVH United in Care strategy with regards to the financial management and support of the global functional heads and their respective teams.

The key purpose of this role is to drive the financial agenda for the global functions supporting the CFO, global functional heads in direct collaboration with the banner / region CFO’s.

This role will directly collaborate with the MVH Strategy team, Petcare FP&A and Strategy team.

Moreover, the role owns the short-term and long-term planning (AEP, IVCP) process for the global functions.

You Will:

• Function as a financial business partner and trusted advisor to the global functional heads and their respective teams as assigned (e.g. P&O, Sustainability, etc.)
• Serve in a leadership role in Business Partnering and drive collaboration across global functions and regions/banners with regards to delivering short- and long-term financial targets
• Support the delivery of a portfolio business initiatives; drive maximizing return on investment and bring transparency to value across all activities
• Lead establishment of global finance support to several business areas including reporting cadence in collaboration with core FP&A to deliver impactful insights through transparency

Your Experience Should Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance
• 9+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in consulting required
• Industry knowledge required
• 3+ years of experience in strategy preferred
• FP&A experience preferred
• Fluency in English is essential

Salary: $203,861 - $305,791

Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness
