Gift Accounting Coordinator

Job Description:

The Gift Accounting Coordinator provides a high level of customer service to donors to the university, with primary responsibility for front-facing gift-related interactions with donors and responding to donor questions. Responds to all incoming constituent requests for information about gifts and pledges in addition to serving as an integral part of the gift entry team. The Coordinator also manages all matching gift-related contact with donors and companies to secure all eligible matching gifts and serves as the primary office manager for Advancement Operations.

Essential Functions:

Additional Information: We are currently recruiting for a second Gift Accounting Coordinator position. This is a separate opening from the position previously posted and represents an additional opportunity to join the team.

Work Schedule: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. This position works 35 hours per week with occasional nights and weekends.

Compensation:

The expected pay rate for this position is between $23.67 - $27.46 per hour. Offers are based on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market and organizational considerations.
