Job Description:

The Gift Accounting Coordinator serves as an integral member of the gift processing team, supporting the accurate recording and administration of charitable contributions to the university. The Coordinator responds to constituent inquiries regarding gifts and pledges, assists with matching gift programs, and maintains related documentation and records. This position also manages matching gift-related communication with donors, companies, and third-party providers to secure all eligible matching gifts while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of gift records.
This position reports to the Manager of Advancement Data and Gift Processing within Advancement Services.

Essential Functions:

Work Schedule: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. This position works 35 hours per week with occasional nights and weekends.
