General Accountant

Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our growing team. General Accountant Job Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail

• Perform scanning, filing, and document organization

• Order business cards and maintain company directory updates

• Coordinate team lunches (end-of-month and birthday events)

• Staff support duty including all three dealerships in Hillsboro. 

Inventory & Dealership Support

• Enter and maintain new vehicle inventory records

• Process used vehicle purchases

• Ensure accuracy of inventory data across systems

System & Schedule Maintenance

• Maintain and update internal schedules (65 & 69 reports via CTRL)

• Support general system updates and data accuracy

General Accountant Qualifications

• Previous accounting experience preferred

• Previous Automotive experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and willing to work in different dealerships

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
