Role Summary:

Functional Oracle ERP Procurement & Inventory Architect with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management to lead functional solution design, business process transformation, governance, and stakeholder engagement while collaborating with technical teams on integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Procurement and Inventory solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define future-state Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory processes.
• Design and govern supplier management, purchasing, item master, inventory organizations, and inventory control processes.
• Review and govern FDDs, process flows, configurations, and end-to-end solution designs.
• Act as primary liaison between Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT teams.
• Define integration requirements and collaborate on OIC-based solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment from a functional standpoint.
• Define and standardize end-to-end Procurement & Inventory processes, including:
  • Supplier Onboarding & Management
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Requisition & Purchase Order Management
  • Contract Management
  • Receiving & Putaway
  • Item Master Management
  • Inventory Replenishment
  • Inventory Transfers & Adjustments
  • Cycle Counts & Physical Inventory
  • Inventory Costing & Valuation
• Drive process Eligible to workimization focused on spend management, procurement compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Experience:

• 5+ years as ERP/Solution Functional Architect.
• 10+ years Oracle ERP experience (Cloud + EBS).
• 5+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Experience leading P2P and Supply Chain transformation initiatives.

Functional Skills:

• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, and Inventory Management processes.
• Experience in Purchasing, Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Inventory Management, and Inventory Costing.
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, solution design, and governance.
• Ability to lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Hands-on experience with functional specifications and solution validation.
• Strong understanding of supplier management, inventory controls, warehouse operations, and inventory valuation processes.
