Employment is contingent upon maintaining valid work authorization throughout employment. Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct royalty audits and financial reviews to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant franchise net billings reporting
- Interpret franchise agreements and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, reporting issues, and revenue opportunities
- Reconcile royalty revenue across systems and maintain supporting audit documentation and management reporting
- Partner with franchisees and internal stakeholders to resolve audit findings, support compliance initiatives, and improve reporting processes
- Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning, acquisitions, and investment decisions
- Analyze Franchisee financial and operational performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to enhance business results
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments including financial due diligence and post-acquisition financial reporting
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements and management reports including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
- Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and the development of tools, metrics, and dashboards that improve data visibility and decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, external audits, and other accounting and finance activities across the organization
- Lead special projects and ad hoc financial analyses in support of organizational growth and strategic initiatives
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- 3+ years of combined experience in auditing, accounting, and financial analysis
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and business opportunities from complex data sets.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, databases, business intelligence tools, and large data sets, SQL experience preferred.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for management and executive leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders including franchisees.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
