Role Description

Salesforce is seeking a visionary Senior Director, GPO Country Controller to drive our organization’s strategy, growth, and operational excellence. As a key leader within the Global Controllership organization, you will design the oversight processes for country compliance and articulate the local reporting framework for our international entities (60+ entities), including Salesforce France.

This is a strategic management role responsible for the digital roadmap that bridges global standards with local statutory, tax, and ESG requirements. You will lead a dynamic group of highly skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring governance excellence and strategic risk management as Salesforce continues its global expansion.

Salesforce recherche un(e) Senior Director, GPO Country Controller (Directeur / Directrice Principal(e), Contrôleur Pays GPO) visionnaire pour piloter la stratégie, la croissance et l'excellence opérationnelle de notre organisation. En tant que leader clé au sein de l'organisation Global Controllership (Contrôle de Gestion Global), vous concevrez les processus de supervision pour la conformité par pays et articulerez le cadre de reporting local pour nos entités internationales (plus de 60 entités), y compris Salesforce France.

Il s'agit d'un rôle de management stratégique responsable de la feuille de route numérique (digital roadmap) qui fait le pont entre les normes mondiales et les exigences locales en matière statutaire, fiscale et ESG (Environnement, Social et Gouvernance). Vous dirigerez un groupe dynamique de professionnels hautement qualifiés dans un environnement en évolution rapide (fast-paced), en garantissant l'excellence de la gouvernance et la gestion stratégique des risques alors que Salesforce poursuit son expansion mondiale.
