Alameda Point Collaborative (APC) is a nonprofit agency operating on the site of the former Naval Air Base in Alameda, managing 121 housing units for over 300 formerly homeless residents and providing support services, including case management, counseling, employment training, and children and youth services. 

Alameda Point Collaborative works to end homelessness by providing housing and services to create communities where formerly homeless families and individuals can flourish.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Fractional CFO provides high-level financial leadership, strategy, and oversight on a part-time basis. This role directs, administers, and coordinates the organization's financial and operational activities in support of the policies, goals, and objectives established by the Executive Director and Board of Directors, while delivering the strategic and technical financial expertise of a full-time CFO on a flexible, scaled schedule tailored to the organization's needs.

Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations regarding APC's real estate portfolio, including existing and proposed leases, supportive housing development opportunities, financing strategies, and asset disposition decisions.
