Turn Financial Data Into Confident Business Decisions
Location: Remote (Must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, or WA)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40–45 hours/week) | W-2 Employee
Compensation: $110,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives (Target OTE: $182,000)
About the Role
This is a full-time, salaried Fractional CFO position—not a 1099 consulting opportunity.
As part of the HTM team, you'll provide fractional CFO services to a dedicated portfolio of up to 30 small law firms. We handle all sales, marketing, and client acquisition, allowing you to focus entirely on financial leadership, strategic guidance, and building trusted client relationships.
If you've worked in a fractional, outsourced CFO, or multi-client advisory environment, you'll feel right at home. This role requires the ability to quickly shift between multiple businesses while delivering the same level of strategic insight and financial leadership each client expects from a trusted CFO.
No legal industry experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know about serving law firms.
