Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to improve reporting automation and data quality.
Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices across the FP&A function.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within consumer products, retail, apparel, beauty, or a related industry.
Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis for a large or growing organization.
Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build complex, driver-based financial models.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience supporting senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience within omnichannel retail, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, apparel, or consumer goods.
Familiarity with financial planning systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or SQL.
