We are currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our growing Finance team at Ontic, a high-growth, highly diversified global aerospace manufacturer. You will report to the Finance Controller and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for Ontic’s Miramar, FL site. The FP&A Manager is a key partner to the business; communicating financial and operating performance to senior management; providing insight and recommendations for critical decision-making and driving the business performance in line with its financial and strategic goals. This is a high-visibility and high impact role with great opportunity for growth within the organization, both within and outside of Finance.

Compensation Pay Range

$130,000 - $145,000/year, based on experience
