About the Team

The Strategic Finance team provides financial insights and guidance to support Menlo Security’s long-term growth strategy. We partner across the business to help allocate resources toward the highest-impact opportunities, with a focus on scaling efficiently, improving operating discipline, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company.

Within Strategic Finance, this role would focus on the financial performance of Menlo’s go-to-market organization, including sales, revenue operations, partnerships, customer success, and related GTM functions. About the Role

Menlo Security is hiring a Strategic Finance partner to help support strategic decision-making across the GTM organization. This person will play a key role in connecting financial planning with business strategy, helping the company scale its enterprise sales motion, improve forecast visibility, and invest behind the highest-return growth opportunities.

You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and the broader Finance team to align Menlo’s GTM strategy with financial outcomes that support durable, efficient growth.

This role is well-suited for someone who can operate both strategically and tactically: building models, pressure-testing assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating financial data into clear recommendations for executive leadership.

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $126,400- $189,600

In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
