THE JOB:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Summer Intern to join our Finance team and support the Financial Planning & Analysis function at the property level. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration, while working closely with both property and corporate finance partners.
The intern will gain practical experience supporting financial decision‑making, leveraging data and emerging technologies, and presenting insights that help drive business performance.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.00/Hour
PROGRAM DURATION: June – August 2026
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Receive personalized learning plans specifically aligned to their goals and development opportunities in their chosen area of concentration.
Support the Manager, FP&A with ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis related to property‑level operations
Assist in planning and budgeting activities, partnering with Corporate FP&A to ensure alignment and accuracy
Analyze financial data to provide insights on cost trends, cash flow, and operational performance
Help identify opportunities to improve analytical processes and reporting efficiency
Leverage emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Collaborate with cross‑functional property teams and Enterprise Analytics on data‑driven insights and action planning
Prepare clear, concise analyses and summaries for senior finance leadership
Participate in special projects and other finance‑related duties as assigned
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has a high school diploma or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Available to participate in the full 10 weeks of the program
