You’ll be responsible for analyzing financial information and producing management reports for internal and external reporting and decision-making purposesPower without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as FP&A Analyst:Work closely with Finance Business Partners, Group Finance and the wider business to prepare and where required consolidate the 5 Year Plan, Annual Budget and monthly forecastsCreate base schedules, maintain assumptions log and attend business meetings with Business Partners to support any conversations and capture inputs for final submission.Assist in the implementation of an Aggreko wide planning tool and process changes as well as FP&A related system upgradesReview, analyze and explain cost variances vs. budget and forecast as part of the month-end close working closely with the Outsource provider to resolve errors or to obtain greater understanding of the source data Assist the Business Partner within Group Finance with ad-hoc requirements relevant for the Group consolidation and analysisAssist in the preparation of business presentation materials where required and support the Finance Business PartnerAssist in budgeting, tax charges and forecasting. Prepare and distribute business Performance Dashboard Metrics, month-end and year-end reportsAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesYou are:Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of work experience.Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience including analytic responsibilities and engagement with non-finance stakeholders in the businessClear communication and interpersonal skillsSuccessful experience in assisting with the preparation of financial reports, building and utilizing financial and operational decision-making models, trend analysis and forecasting and budgeting.Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audienceExperience with Infor ERP environment, EPM tools, other Financial Consolidation systems and BIAdvanced use of Microsoft office (primarily excel and PowerPoint)Here’s what you’ll get:Competitive SalaryAnnual bonus program tied to company and individual performance No premium cost medical plan option available Company provided Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture
