Will partner with the commercial and operations team for analysis and reporting.Canada Service Finance AnalystJob SummaryThe Region Service Finance Analyst will partner with the Commercial and Operational leaders to drive profitable growth, margin expansion and cash flow initiatives within the service region.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:1. Provide daily finance support to the region's operations and commercial teams. Prepare analytics and participate in the operating mechanisms across the markets within the region, in addition to supporting the USCAN level finance initiatives

a. Contract - assess trends and outliers. Investigate and solve for discrepancies against the source systems (CRM, Nuvolo, Pega, SFDC, etc.), review hold-bills, back-bills, concessions, accruals, deferrals, etc. b. Non-Contract – track and assess the billable activity by market, area, offering and product types. Drive actions to improve the outcome c. Costs - Management of costs and tracking versus budget. Produce variance analysis and set actions for spending control

 Monthly and quarterly financial closing  Communicate financial updates  P&L templates/QMIs  DMS tracking and actions  Record Manual Journal Entries (MJEs)  Boxi and Hyperion reports  Account P/L analysisQualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of financial analytical experience in the technical, healthcare or business environment. Experience with leading cross functional teams to achieve financial targets and business goals. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable).Desired Characteristics : Experience in a financial leadership role. 3+ years of healthcare experience Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background.
