The Role

Joining our Global Information Reporting / AEOI team, you will play a pivotal role in advising leading financial services and corporate clients on their FATCA and CRS obligations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-profile compliance and advisory projects, influence governance frameworks, and shape strategic responses to evolving international tax transparency regulations. Key Skills and Prior Experience

• A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Adviser (AITI), or equivalent, supported by a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
• Significant proven experience in tax advisory or financial services, with significant exposure to FATCA, CRS, or other automatic exchange of information (AEOI) regimes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish Revenue and OECD reporting requirements, combined with proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience managing client portfolios and leading compliance or advisory projects, with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Tax technology and/or automation skills and experience is a plus.

Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months

• Establish yourself as the primary client contact for FATCA and CRS matters, delivering clear, practical advice and building strong, trusted relationships.
• Lead and manage FATCA/CRS reporting and due diligence projects, ensuring timely, accurate filings and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement robust client compliance frameworks, conducting readiness assessments and recommending improvements to governance and risk controls.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership by monitoring regulatory developments and supporting training initiatives.

What type of work will I be doing?

• Advising clients on FATCA/CRS obligations and compliance strategies.
• Managing reporting projects and overseeing due diligence processes, including data analysis and interpretation and validation.
• Designing and reviewing compliance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and supporting audit responses.
• Preparing technical updates, client communications, and supporting business development activities

Where is this role based?

This role can be based in any of our offices across the country, with a hybrid working model that balances office presence and remote work to support flexibility and collaboration.
