Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role will work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business decisions and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
Support monthly close processes, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with business units to gather inputs and provide financial insights
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Support ad hoc analysis related to revenue, expenses, and profitability
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports
Assist in improving and automating financial processes and reporting tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of FP&A experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Solid understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
