JOB OVERVIEW: FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A) ANALYST

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial analysis and performance reporting that supports operational planning and business decision‑making across ArborWorks. This role serves as a key financial partner to Operations, Billing, and Finance by translating financial and operational data into meaningful insights that improve cost control, forecasting accuracy, and performance visibility.

The FP&A Analyst owns core recurring FP&A processes and analyses, supports budgeting and forecasting cycles, and contributes to the continuous improvement of financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to work independently within established FP&A frameworks.
