Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

As a Financial Analyst on the FP&A team at Airrosti, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting our mission to provide top-tier healthcare. You will be responsible for building comprehensive financial models, reporting on the company’s financial performance, and producing ad hoc analyses to inform the strategies of departments across the organization. Your insights will directly contribute to decision-making and overall business growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting and budgeting. 
• Perform ad hoc analyses of arising business opportunities and challenges.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and share business insights. 
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated reporting in Microsoft PowerBI and other enterprise systems.  
• Create and edit presentations that communicate your insights from data to senior management and others. 
• Contribute to team’s adoption of AI tools as we seek to become more efficient and effective.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting. 
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial modeling. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 

Compensation & Benefits:
