Responsibilities

The Controller at Hines will support the financial management, reporting and operational finance requirements for Hines Fresh Park Venlo and related portfolio companies. Reporting to the Finance Manager in Germany, the successful candidate will work day to day with local Property Management and Asset Management teams and will have exposure to senior management across Hines, including investment company boards, Asset Managers, Corporate Management, Portfolio Managers, Fund Managers and Fund Controllers, as well as external stakeholders.

This role will take ownership of internal and external reporting, outsourced operational finance processes and portfolio budget monitoring. The Controller will also contribute to acquisition, disposal, development and financing initiatives, and will support projects designed to improve the performance, output and efficiency of the finance function.
