Provides timely and accurately reporting of program financials (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) in Hyperion on a monthly, quarterly and annual cadence. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.Basic Qualifications- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college- Ability to Analyze and/ or Present Financial Information- Strong Microsoft office skillsDesired skills- FP&A experience (MOR, QFR, LRP)- Knowledge of SAP & HyperionAbility to obtain and maintain a clearance- Highly detail oriented with a proven track record to deliver quality results in a dynamic and fast paced environment- Tableau or data visualization experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.- Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members.- 5+ years of related finance and FP&A experiences#SpaceNSSLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
