L’Analyste financier sera responsable de soutenir une équipe de vente d’investissements parmi les plus performantes et actives du marché à Montréal, Québec. Évoluant dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur les transactions, vous assumerez l’entière responsabilité des processus d’évaluation financière. Cela comprend la préparation des analyses financières lors des présentations à des clients potentiels ainsi que la gestion du processus de vérification diligente financière auprès d’acquéreurs potentiels.

This is an on-site position based out of Montreal, QC office.

About the role

The Financial Analyst will be dedicated to supporting a high-volume and industry leading investment sale team in Montreal, QC. You are fast-paced and transaction oriented, and will have ultimate ownership in the valuation & underwriting process – this includes financials during pitches to prospective clients and handling the financial due diligence process with prospective purchasers.
This position is a part of a collaborative environment with brokers, marketing and brokerage operations.
