The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is hiring Senior or Subject Matter Expert Financial Analyst (Levels 4 and 5) to support our Air Dominance or Phantom Works Proprietary Programs in Berkeley or Hazelwood, Missouri.
This Financial Analyst will support the creation and management of the program's budget baseline, analyze financial data including Earned Value Management (EVM) data, and provide insights to improve financial performance. These roles require strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepares financial models to assess business opportunities and risks
Assists with presentations for senior management
Maintains compliance with internal controls and policies
Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or estimates at completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial(EACs) for contracts or programs
Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Presents monthly financials and program performance key performance indicators (KPIs)to senior managers and/or executives
Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues; determines root cause; and recommends solutions
Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership, peers and functional leaders
Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience in finance-related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis
3+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
3+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Senior - Level 4): $114,750 - $155,250
Summary pay range (Subject Matter Expert - Level 5): $141,100 - $190,900
