The Role
Our client is seeking a Finance Analyst to drive sales and operational reporting, with a focus on KPI tracking, performance analytics, and data-driven insights. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Strategic Finance to analyze trends, improve visibility, and support key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards (leads, conversions, occupancy, etc.)
- Analyze large datasets to support reporting and ad hoc requests
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership
- Evaluate sales funnel performance and identify trends/bottlenecks
- Support forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis
- Ensure data accuracy across reporting sources
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting and insights
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or sales reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
- Experience building KPI dashboards and working with large datasets
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate or property-related industries
- Familiarity with sales funnel metrics and CRM data
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
