ABOUT THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL ANALYST/PAYROLL
Responsible for the following: prepare financial data for journal entries, general ledgers along other
related financial statements. Oversees all payroll procedures and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform day to day accounting functions
- Prepare general ledger journal entries, fixed asset tracking, monthly balance sheet
- reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Conduct physical inventory
- Analyze and reconcile general ledgers
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Assist with freight related functions
- Allocation of freight expenses, invoicing chargebacks, analyzing activity and customer inquiries
- Assist with Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable functions
- Process payrolls and prepare/reconcile payroll reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant business field required.
- Four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be proficient in QAD, Microsoft Office, FAS Asset Accounting, Hyperion and Monarch.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in multi-cultural environment.
