Job Title – Financial Analyst [Can work remote - RI or NJ preferred]

Location – Warwick, RI or Franklin Lakes, NJ

Roles & Responsibilities

• General Ledger, Forecasting, Balance Sheet, for the surgical unit

Experience Required

• 2 ++ years experience we want someone to hit the ground running.
• Support plant finance function within Operation finance.
• Collaborate with cost center & plant manager, functional leaders & Finance Business Partners in developing annual budgets/quarterly projections; including clear documentation of assumptions & posting in JDE ERP System. Own cost accounting function for manufacturing plants.
• Record month-end journal entries (accruals, reclasses, charge in/outs, & prepaid amortization) for all cost centers supported; ensure accurate reporting of financial results in JDE.
• Analyze financial variances for cost center actuals, projections, and budget. Compile Month-End Balance Sheet account reconciliations. Support inventory accounting and inventory reserve analysis.
• Ad-hoc analytical support for cost center managers on an as-needed basis. Provide project support for continuous improvement for the group as a whole.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience - Financial analysis / Accounting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
