We are an industry leader, offering a suite of fleet management solutions, including spares distribution, logistics solutions, repair and overhaul services and technical solutions.THE WORK Specific Responsibilities Include:• Responsible for all financial aspects of their assigned programs•Project accounting, baselining, earned value methodologies and contract costing• Performing monthly journal entries to manually recognize revenue• Conducting EAC and CSR (Contract Cost/Profit Status Report) review and analysis on a quarterly basis with finance and program management as appropriate. You should possess a unique blend of technical skills, such as experience with Earned Value Management and financial reporting tools, and soft skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex financial information to support informed decision-making.A level 3 employee is mid-career and typically has 3+ years of professional experience. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits packageBasic Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field• Systems, tools and technology savvy including all Microsoft Office products.• Intermediate knowledge of Excel including use of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IFS and Logic Gates (OR, AND, • Track record of working under self-direction and owning financial information• Knowledge of accounting principles in relation to cost controls, journal entries and revenue recognition• Experience with the Quarterly financial reporting process (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash)Desired skills• Motivated, self-starter and self-learner, able to work independently with ambiguous information and requirements• Comfortable multitasking and working under tight deadlines with competing priorities• 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Program Finance• Experience on a Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract• Strong financial analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to reporting accuracy and business needs• Strong written and verbal communication skills. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
