Position Summary
Plays a crucial role in supporting the finance team through data management, performing financial analysis and preparing financial reports for the firm and its business units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Prepare presentations, charts, and graphs for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update financial models to project business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and suggest ways to enhance financial performance
- Perform ad-hoc requests.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a four-year college or university
- Investment Banking or Public Accounting experience is a plus
- Two (2) plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with MRI or comparable software is preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI or Snowflake is preferred
- Experience in Real Estate industry preferred.
