Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in a role focused on financial planning, reporting, and decision support. This position plays an important part in helping the organization understand performance, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. What You Will Do

• Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to support business decision-making.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Evaluate operating results and provide actionable insights to business partners.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes through financial review and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and explain results.
• Contribute to presentations and summaries for leadership and other stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
