Financial Analyst

Overview

Lutron is looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst out of our World Headquarters in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania to join our Finance team.  In this role, you will be responsible to provide financial analysis on expenses, profitability, and performance metrics.  The position requires financial acumen, proven system skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, accounting, and other teams at Lutron.  By working in a collaborative environment, you will be exposed to, and trained by, industry experts who will aid in your professional development.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst at Lutron, you will:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, partnering with accounting on month-end journal entries
• Develop monthly forecasts and annual plans for expenses, staffing requirements, and capital spending.
• Communicate variances to plan, forecast, and prior year to finance and operations
• Be single point of contact for ad-hoc finance and analysis requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or Accounting (BS or BA)
• Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
• 0-3 years’ experience in a related field

• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.

• Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
