Our team is responsible for supporting program quality through financial analysis, cost baseline management, Earned Value, headcount, and variance analysis.What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Analyst (Level 2) you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight that drives sound decision‑making across the Precision Fires programs.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Establish and manage cost baselines and Estimates at Completion (EAC) for program budgets.Perform Earned Value analysis and produce variance reports.Conduct headcount analyses to support resource planning.Analyze financial variance and recommend corrective actions.Communicate financial results and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail‑oriented professional who excels at communicating complex financial data and working with cross‑functional teams.
